Privacy notice

Effective October 22, 2026. This notice covers conductor.ubisec.com, operated by Ubisec Systems, Inc. ("Ubisec", "we").

What we collect

When you join the Founding list we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, the role you select and any note you add. Our hosting provider also records standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you about Ubisec Conductor, to understand interest in it, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who receives it

Service providers that run this site and our business systems on our behalf, under contract, such as our hosting provider and our customer relationship management system. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@ubisec.com. We do not discriminate against anyone for making a request. California residents may also use an authorized agent.

This site does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because it does no cross-site tracking.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the effective date above.
